Absolutely the best car purchasing experience I ever had. Very professional and knowledgeable team. I went first to Mercedes and then BMW to acquire 5 vehicles for my business. I was told by both places that inventory was an issue and they didn't seem motivated to assist any further, so basically, tuff luck...; however, the Checkered flag team made me feel important and that my needs mattered. They exceeded my expectations and it was all around an enjoyable experience.

Mike was great, again. This is my second Audi from Checkered Flag. Too bad the sales force is now doing the closing paperwork in stead of a dedicated finance and titling department. My "in dealership" wait time could have been shortened if someone else was processing paperwork while Mike was preparing the new car for departure. I dropped my 2013 Audi A5 Cabriolet off for an annual inspection and oil change. I was soooo disappointed that you oil changes went from $150.00 to $265.00. I really would to have my car maintenance done at Audi Virginia Beach but not at those prices. I called Audi Hampton and their oil change was $190.00… I also called other dealers priority Ford and Southern Dodge and they could change the oil in my Audi fir only $100.00. The question really becomes is it worth it to have Audi to maintain my vehicle or just keep the maintenance up on the vehicle…? I allowed Southern ...

Mike, was absolutely awesome. I had had a bad experience with checkered flag bmw the day before having a car sold out from under me even though I had paperwork started. I had already sold my old vehicle so I was without a ride to get to the dealership. Mike worked with me over the phone all day and before end of business drove the car from Va beach to Hampton with all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. Perfect customer service. Bought the q5 . love it! Sales lady was over worked with process, she had to wear many hats.. if there is a new dealer location being built, put up a sign! Felt underwhelmed for a high end auto brand.

Terrible experience, Car was in for recall service which was performed. Car was due for service warranty but was not serviced while you had the car. Instead I was told that the thermostat for the coolant was leaking and you wanted to have me pay $1070.00 to repair it. I bought the car with 24000 miles on it and it now has 33ooo miles on it. sounds to me like you should have fixed the car for me no charge. Then i get a follow-up showing that the car had been serviced and it had been washed and detailed.

From the start, Mike was great to work with and very quick with communication. As a buyer from out of state sometimes it seems like you get a junior sales person that doesn't take you seriously, this was not the case with Mike. When I came in to pick up the vehicle, the rest of the staff was great and very helpful, very efficient in getting all my paperwork done and me on the road. It was heads and tails better than your VW store! My son and I were treated with respect and Steve listened to our wanted and needs and then found the perfect vehicle for us! We walked into both dealerships and stated that we were there to mostly pay for a vehicle in cash…VW treated us like we were lying (ignoring us, making us wait for extended periods of time, and simply being disrespectful), but the folks at Audi took us at our word and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had!
